It is known for featuring a blend of both established and emerging artists from around the world, with a particular focus on Asian talent.

Past lineups at Head in the Clouds have included well-known artists such as Joji, Rich Brian, NIKI, August 08, Beabadoobee, WILLOW, Saweetie and more.
