Crawfish Festival 2026

The 2026 Crawfish Festival (formerly known as the Long Beach Crawfish Festival) is scheduled for May 15–17, 2026, moving to the Fountain Valley Sports Park in Fountain Valley, California, near Huntington Beach. Celebrating over 30 years as a premier Southern California seafood event, it brings Louisiana tradition to the West Coast, featuring tons of fresh crawfish flown in daily from Louisiana and prepared in the world’s largest crawfish pots. Master chefs serve Louisiana-style boils complete with Cajun potatoes, corn on the cob, and tangy remoulade dipping sauce.

Beyond the main boil, the festival offers an international food court featuring New Orleans staples like frog legs, catfish, gumbo, jambalaya, and Cafe du Monde-style beignets and chicory coffee, plus beer, wine, and “Screaming Crawfish” margaritas. The atmosphere is packed with entertainment, including live Cajun, Zydeco, and New Orleans-style bands, a daily Second Line Dancing Parade, and a live sports tent with a TV wall. For family fun, the festival features a dedicated children’s stage with magicians, illusion shows (as seen on America’s Got Talent), face painting, and various carnival rides.
